RECEPTION

On your arrival, you have to check in at the reception.

Opening times of the reception :
In low season : 9.00-12.00 a.m. and 2.00-6.00 p.m.
In high season : 8.00 a.m.– 9.00 p.m.

The booking is made in the customer’s name and can not be transferable to a third party. The person who books a pitch or accomodation has to be at least 18 year old. The booking becomes effective once we have confirmed it and only after the payment of a deposit (by the internet or by post). We will then send you our confirmation, depending on the availabilities.

The number of your pitch or accomodation is likely to change, except on request confirmed by the campsite.

PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT AND THE BALANCE

To make sure you will have a pitch or accomodation at the period you request, you have to make a 25% deposit of the total cost of your stay.

CAMPING PITCHES

On your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of your stay.
The pitches are available from 1p.m. until 12 o’clock the day of departure.

ACCOMODATIONS

The balance has to be paid 30 days before your arrival. If you do not pay the balance on time, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded the deposit you made. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you will have to pay the total cost of your stay. The accomodations are available from 3 p.m. and you have to leave them before 10 a.m. the day of departure (after the check out). You will not be refunded any money if you arrive late or leave early.

If you leave the campsite after 12 o’clock, you will then have to pay for an extra night.

DEPOSIT FOR THE ACCOMODATIONS

On your arrival, before you get the key, you will be asked a 100 euro deposit for your accomodation. When you leave,we will give you your deposit back, after the check out that will take place between 8 and 10 a.m. maximum. Note that the campsite will keep part of your deposit if the accomodation is damaged or if some of the equipment is broken or missing.
If you do not want to clean your accomodation before leaving, a cleaning charge of 50 euros will be kept on the deposit you made. A detailed inventory is available in each accomodation, it is your responsibility to check if everything is ok and to let the reception know the day following your arrival when one object is missing or broken, not to be charged with it after the check out.

LATE ARRIVAL

Every late arrival has to be signalled, otherwise your booking will be cancelled the following day from 12 o’clock. After this deadline of 24 hours and if you have not sent us a letter or mail informing us of your delay, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded any money.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation of your booking has to be notified in writing. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival, you will not be refunded the deposit you made. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, you will not be refunded the total amount of your payment.
Please note that no cancellation guarantee is included in our prices. We then advise you to take your own cancellation policy.

The cancellation of your booking has to be notified in writing.

RULES OF THE CAMPSITE

The customer has to respect the rules of the campsite that are given to him on his arrival.
If you don’t respect these rules or if you show no respect towards the other customers or the facilities of the campsite, we have the right to cancel your booking and you will have to leave the campsite without being refunded any money.
We remind you that children are under the supervision of their parents. Swimming shorts are not allowed in the pools, only swimming trunks can be worn.

VISITORS

For security reasons, visitors have to check in at the reception, otherwise they will not be able to enter the campsite.
A price per visitor will be asked to them and they will then be able to enjoy the different services and activities of the campsite.
